Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations

Matthew 28:19

From the early pages of the Bible, in places like Genesis 12 where God promises to bless all nations through Abraham, to the last pages like in Revelation 7, God's story is one of gathering a family from every people group in the world to be His and worship Him. Therefore, He has commanded us to preach the gospel and serve people in the name of Jesus in every corner of the earth. We engage in mission for the sake of the worship of God. Below is information about our current ministry partners.

Matt and Judy Benjamin

Matt and Judy Benjamin are missionaries for Dallas-based Wycliffe Bible Translators and work in conjunction with SIL International. They are currently helping Wycliffe reach its Vision 2025 goal of seeing a Bible translation program underway in every language that still does not have God's Word. Wycliffe and SIL International desire every person on the globe to be able to hear the Word of God in his or her mother tongue.

Sandy Bay Lighthouse Ministries

Sandy Bay Lighthouse Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational, Christian organization that exists to address the needs of the underprivileged people of Roatan, Honduras. It is led by the house parents, Orsy and Banesa Cruz. They provide a loving, safe shelter for at-risk children. They also provide a quality bilingual Christian education at their Beacon School for children both in their home and in the wider community, to prepare them for a secure future. The ministry hosts short-term mission teams. These are life-changing ministry opportunities for small groups to work on the campus and in the local communities.
