Rodney Anderson
Lead Pastor
I am a 1997 graduate of York College with a Bachelor Degree in Therapeutic and Community Recreation. I am currently taking Masters level classes at Liberty University in biblical theology. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Koren Anderson, and we have three beautiful children Allison, Ian and Owen. I have attended NCCC since 2001 and served in various ministries over the years.
I felt the call of God on my life to be a pastor in 2018. After preaching my first sermon, I knew what God had intended for my life. Prior to pursuing full-time ministry, I worked in the social service field assisting individuals with chronic mental illness. Looking back I can say God gave me quite an education to work with people who face extreme challenges in life. I value authenticity and I am always amazed when people are willing to be vulnerable and share their deepest struggles in life. As a pastor, I also value relationships. First and foremost, I have a passion to see people come to know Christ and build a relationship with him. Secondly, I value the relationships that are built within the church community.
I am humbled and blessed to be the Lead Pastor at NCCC. If you come visit our motto is… “Come as you are but leave changed”.
Hope to see you some Sunday morning!

Patrick Audia
Teaching & Missions Pastor
New Covenant is where I attended church when I came to faith in Christ. My wife, Julie, grew up in this church and is the reason I came. We spent twelve years at Pequea Baptist Church in Gap, PA. I served as youth pastor for six years and then lead pastor for six years. It was a wonderful experience for our family to grow in faith. I also volunteer for an overseas mission organization that empowers indigenous church leaders in Muslim-majority and/or impoverished nations. I have had the privilege and joy of traveling, befriending, and working with ministry leaders overseas. My heart in ministry has grown to focus on preaching, teaching, training ministry leaders, and missions. I love when people are challenged to grow in their faith and service to Christ. And I love seeing deepening partnerships develop among churches locally and globally. I graduated from Millersville University (Millersville, PA) in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education. I then graduated from Moody Theological Seminary (Chicago, IL) in 2010 with a Master of Divinity degree. I was ordained in 2013. Julie and I have four boys: Ben, Carter, Graham, and Hudson. We love traveling, cooking, reading, kayaking, fishing, hiking, camping, and gardening.

Favorite scripture:
Ruth 1:16b-17 Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. 17 Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried. May the Lord deal with me, be it ever so severely, if even death separates you and me.”
Favorite saying:
“He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose.” Jim Elliot

Susan Miller
Worship Director
Susan has been married to Kenton Miller since 1999. Together they have three wonderful daughters: Madelyn(Maddy), Marleigh, and Macy. They recently gained a son, Micah, after the marriage of their first daughter Maddy. Obviously, they love M names! Susan was previously on the staff at New Covenant as worship director from 2006-2014 and rejoined the leadership in 2020. Susan is passionate not only about music but the role of music in worship and it’s relationship to our growing in the Lord Jesus Christ! She is responsible for the overseeing of the adult worship team, holding practice once a week, and executing the worship music portion of the Sunday service. It is Susan’s desire for the church to worship in spirit and in truth. She loves coffee, the mountains, her husband, and family. Not necessarily in that order.
“But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth” John 4:23-24

Hello, thanks for checking us out! I’m Gwendolyn……Gwen for short. I don’t have any fancy degrees. I live a simple life. I enjoy artsy stuff, being out in creation, and spending time with family & friends. I have been married to my husband George since 1982. I have 4 children and 9 grandchildren (so far). My family and I have been attending New Covenant since May of 1998. I have volunteered in various ministries here at NCCC but have settled in as Administrative Assistant. In addition to my Admin position, I also lead the Women’s Ministry. What I love about this church is that it feels like home! The people are very friendly, welcoming, and generous. We are all a work in progress and this is a great place for families to grow in grace together. There’s always room for more!
